Mazkur ilmiy maqolada Goji (Lycium barbarum L.) mevasini xalqaro andozalar talablariga muvofiq holda sublimatsiya usulida quritish texnologiyasi tadqiq etildi. Tadqiqotda muzlatish harorati, par bosimi va vakuum so’rish kuchining quritish vaqti hamda tayyor mahsulotning qoldiq namligiga ta’siri baholandi.Adabiyotlar
