Abstract

The article provides information on the selection and technology of growing high-yielding, early-ripening varieties and hybrids of cauliflower for the conditions of the southern region of our republic. The following are the results of experiments conducted by many scientists and research institutes, scientifically based recommendations and literature reviews on cultivation technology.
